In my experience it's completely randomized. You can do all of those things and girls won't be interested. You can do none of those things and girls will be interested. There's this girl at work I like, and I thought she liked me too, or at least did before, even though she still interacts with me. She was very open and over time she randomly revealed how she slept with at least 2 guys in passing conversations. She even used the term "f*ck buddy". I've lost all interest. I think she just liked the attention from me. Even if she did like me before, how would her revealing that stuff even remotely make me attracted to her.
